Message	Well,, I've installed more than 1 head gasket and quite a few cometic on Z's never had a problem. From all the information you've given I'd ask have you identifed the cylinders that the are leaking? Have they been the same ones each time? Have you done a compression/leak down test? If your radiator is puking coolant with oil it means the leak is into the cylinder too not just a coolant leak to another cylinder. I did, I did torque it down properly doesn't say how you did..or did you put the short bolt in the wrong hole. I start from the center out, top then bottom starting at 30lbs then 50, then 70, then 92. Let it sit overnite and recheck. also making sure the small 10mm head screw on the ends of the heads is done too. If all of that is done correctly, listing which cylinders are leaking remove heads and inspect, check block and heads again.. That's it
